It is nice to see a President who is willing to step up and take responsibility. He is putting himself under allot of pressure by taking responsibility for what happens to the auto industry.

I think it can work as long as he has the right staff creating wkly reports that ask the right questions of the automakers, which are then summarized for his review (yes I am a Project Manager by day…).
