I watched his Town Hall meeting form Elkhart Indiana today. It nice to have an intelligent, articulate President for a change. One that doesn’t need to have the questions pre-screened. I really like the transparency that will be there in his programs. A breath of fresh air from the previous administration.

My folks live in Ft. Myers during the winter, and Obama is going to be there tomorrow. I spoke with them a couple of days ago and they are pretty excited that he is coming to town. The housing market there is horrible. A standard bi-level ranch (~1600 sqf) that was selling for 220k 2 years ago are going for 99k (if you have cash for a retirement home, now is the time to buy one in certain parts of FL).
