whoops, so I started creating a listing to rate this show an hour ago and then got up to run and errand, came back, and finished posting another review of this same show under a different “rate the show” listing….I’ll contact the administrator and see if there is a way to merge the information all together unless you know a way?
October 2, 2011 at 3:11 pm #38799moparkid25ParticipantI had to go to Rio yesterday afternoon, and on the way up I passed Dick Lenherr, GTO Man’s brother (in the GTO), and Marshall at the 51/22 interchange at North Leeds. Marshall was in his Mustang at the stop sign when I went by, and being in my car I beeped the horn at him but I don’t think he saw me
October 2, 2011 at 5:45 pm #38800GTO ManModeratorGTO Man was driving the GTO yesterday. You are getting me confused with my brother.

How about that traffic snafu on 51 where they were resurfacing? A car behind me got rear ended while waiting to pass thru.

October 3, 2011 at 1:25 pm #38797Blue55ChevyParticipantIt might be easier to move my rating to the your listing. Yours has the photo attachments. I haven’t figured how to add the photos to a listing yet. No big deal. I seem to venture south more the most of the other posters. I’m sure I looked at your cars. It would be nice to meet you guys. You all seem to know each other. Next year, stop by and say hello or leave me a note on the car if I’m not there.
October 3, 2011 at 5:29 pm #38812LuxurylinersParticipantIt might be easiest that way but I did send a message to the site administrator so if there is an easier way he’ll let me know and I’ll pass that on to you. Photo attachments need to be under a certain file size limit to work so if you take photos with something like a cell phone camera they should be small enough just to add where it says upload photos at the bottom of the screen, after you click “add a new listing”. If you have a digital camera and windows xp you can just left click the photos you want and resize them to get them to work (I resize to 1280×1024) for my 14 mp camera. There are ways to get this capability in vista and windows 7 as well.
Many of us from in and around the Madison area have come to know each other after talking at multiple shows and it would be nice to meet you as well. I recall seeing your car but you weren’t there at the time and I try to take a photo of every car at the show to later upload to the photo gallery on here, so I’m usually not at my car very long, but there are a lot of good people to meet running the car show circuit. Perhaps I’ll see you at the next one but in any event I’ll let you know about the show rating once I hear back.
October 3, 2011 at 10:40 pm #38814Amigo2kModeratorphoto tip … I upload mine to facebook which automatically downsizes them and then I insert them here using the following tag; [ img ] [/ img ] with the spaces removed and a link to the jpg file in the middle …
October 7, 2011 at 4:15 am #38813LuxurylinersParticipantDon’t ask me how he did it but the information has been merged together from the two listings so it all worked out. Planning on heading to any shows this weekend or has the Chevy gone back into hibernation for the Winter already?
October 9, 2011 at 3:49 am #38798Blue55ChevyParticipantI went to a show and shine in Fond du Lac today (Saturday 10-8, See RTS), and have one next Saturday in Appleton at Hank & Karen’s Bar. That’s it for shows but hoping for nice weather into November for some short cruises.
I don’t board as much as most of you do, especially in the off season. So until next year, keep the shinny side up.
