I’ve always had the belief of property owners rights trump state rights.

If they are going to force the person to sell, it should be well above assessed value. A persons property is more than just land, it is a emotional attachment and not something to be taken away at a whim.

Agreed. Not only will the state attempt to take land, they will tax every one of us to pay for it, whether you use it or not :angry:
