I hope State and Local Governments have sense enough to not raise taxes. I think taxpayers have endured enough with pay cuts, job losses and the cost of many things rising while receiving little or no raises. Same goes for School Boards, the well is dry, deal with it.

Speaking of schools, seems like the schools in Wisconsin aren’t doing such a good job since the students here are at the bottom in this country in a number of areas. Obviously throwing more money at it won’t work.
