    I watched the GREAT CARS show on PBS again this morning (weekly show). They featured the british car the MORGAN. It’s still handbuilt!!! And they stil make they’re old style cars more or less the same way.

    They were saying they had to beef up the cars to sell them in North America.

    An interesting bit was he started with a THREE WHEEL car! And it won races too. Very unusual.

    Back when I live in Virginia Beach one of the local autocrossers had a Morgan, wooden framed, and ran on propane to get around US emissions.

    It was pretty fast, but they still build (most) of them with wooden frames and old boat motors apparently (the British show I watch Top Gear had a clip on them, and 2 of the hosts were making fun of it quite a bit).
    The new one looks kind of cross eyed though.

    They did sell cars to the US.

    They still do sell them in the states…
    But to import them you need to convert them to run on propane.
