I have heard conflicting opinions about the use of Stabil in your gas tank for storing a car. Anyone have any opinions on this?

I personally use it in my cars and have had no issues that I know of.

I’ve had no issues with it. But 6 months isn’t super long time for gas to sit.

Same here used it for a few years now no problems. Only store for about 6 months at most.

We don’t use anything in our cars, but then mine sits in heated storage all winter too.

never use it..no need to, just a full tank of gas does me well. Couple of pumps to kick in the choke and she starts right up after a long winters sleep

We use it in our 2 Nissans over winter, and I used it in my previous show car and it never gave me a problem.
