What’s new in your lives? Anything of interest, either car related or not?

One thing I’ve been doing lately is converting a buch of tivoed stuff to dvd with TMPGENCE DVD Author and my capture card – I’ve really gotten it down to a slick process so it goes pretty quick and is pretty painless. Now if only I could find a program to automatically cut out commercials I’d be all set

Yeah that’ll do it. I can tell if I lifted something too much right away – the discomfort at least in part begins right after I lift it. If I’m lucky it’ll fade away, but not always
