Wisconsin Power and Light wants to raise rates

If you’re a Wisconsin Power & Light customer, you may soon be called upon to pay more for electricity.

Consumers get screwed either way. If they use more power it costs them more, if they use less WPL wants to raise rates. It would be nice to tell them to shove it.
