Wisconsin worst in nation in drunken driving

Not surprising considering the attitude towards drinking in this state. Seems most people don’t take it seriously. Checkpoinsts might make people think about it a little more. To alcoholics it won’t matter what they do.

A friend of mine lives in AZ, he says the fuzz there is more worried about catching DUI’s than illegals. They have the checkpoints.

The other day, a guy that lives down the road from me got busted about 2 miles from his house driving drunk (4th offense). He was all over the highway, and when he turned onto the county road with the cop behind him, he drove into the wrong lane :S

I’d like to say I’ve never driven under the influence, but I can’t. However, there’s nothing wrong with being a designated driver, and if more establishments promoted this, I think we would see more safe drinking take place.

Pretty awful. Maybe we are just more truthful about our drinking and driving. But I don’t think this will change unless we get politicians who won’t be in the back pocket of the tavern league.
