I got back last night from a trip to upstate Ny. I went to attend a military benefit concert featuring a friend’s band , and the Nitty Grity Dirt Band.I also went to the National Baseball Hall of Fame for the first time.I flew in and rented a 2012 Mustang. This is the second time I rented a Mustang this year, and my wife still wants one for her daily driver!Saturday we visited my sone, stationed at Fort Drum.We went for a ride along Lake Ontiaro and the St Lawarence River. We stopped for lunch in Clayton NY, and to our surprise ther was a car show!!There were about 200 cars.There were two cars from my youth. A Studebaker wagon with the sliding roof and a Rambler American station wagon.Also a Lincoln convertible,custom Model T Van,39 Jag custom ( with 2.8V Pinto running gear) A Pontiac Acidian ( Canada Chevy II),And may others. A nice Fall Trip!

Looks like a great setting for a show. Sounds like a nice turnout with a wide variety of cars. I have never heard of a Pontiac Acidian, nice looking car. Looks like a fun Mustang to get around in.

Yes it is scenic. The water way you see is the St Lawrence River , that is the border between Canada and the US.The show was on the main street of the town that runs along the river.
