Hot Rod Magazine release the route and couple of days ago and it will start at the Alliant Energy Center:

Early Bird registration end on Jan 16 …
Going to do the Hot Rod Power Tour this year. Alone with The Pony Xpress (small group of mustangs) and The Stateline Challengers. We got the motels booked already and some of us are already registered with the Power Tour. Now all we can do is wait, and hope the gas stays or drops even more.
