    I was just wondering.

On one of the other forums that I frequent (Vintage Mustang Forums, VMF), a poster was ranting and raving about buying and selling on craigslist. Low and behold, I find that we have one here locally.

I found a 1967 Ford Galaxie convertible in Montello that I have taken an interest in. Allowing for the seller to contact me this weekend, I plan to drive up and take a look at it.

I haven’t spent alot of time on craigslist, but so far, I am pretty impressed with what I have seen.

You don’t see many 56 chevys at shows. Its usually 55s or 57s. Why is that? Lower production during 56?

    1974 Starsky Torino Project Car – $1500 – $1500

For Sale: Very Hard to Find 1974 Gran Torino Sport, 351W, Auto, Power Steering, Power Brakes, 105,000 miles. Barn fresh from a twenty year nap. I bought it with the hopes of making it into a Starsky & Hutch Clone. I just don’t have the time to devote to it. Very complete, does have some rust in the quarters but very solid car. I replaced the gas tank with a new one, had the carburetor rebuilt, and the engine and brakes gone over, I dove it home from where I was storing it. Starts and runs good. Please e-mail me for more pictures

Seems like some resonable price cars out there. Nice looking 56 Chevy for mid twenties. That Firebird looks interesting also.
