Anyone heard that Benchmark has closed? I drove by the other day and the building is for lease…

CCAP also shows a litigation against them from Clear Channel Brodcasting.

When one checks Wisconsin Circuit Court Access Program (WCCAP), one finds several major civil litigations again Justin Cole et al, i.e., Benchmark Classics, totalling over a half a million dollars.

I am not surprised to hear that they are gone and out of business.
