I heard that Cheney moved his money overseas to Switzerland. There is concern that the dollar may collapse in the not too distant future.

The Theory is that the American dollar will be worth pennys on the dollar sometime in early 2009 and that a new currency will be started called the Amero. It is like the Euro, but you can spend it anywhere in North America.

Word is, if this happens all American cash (or 401k, CDs, savings accounts….) will be virtually worthless.

Let’s hope this is like Y2k…. a bunch of hype and no real issues….
