Simple AMC, Simple, The American Underdog made good reliable cars at a very good price, Nash & Hudson were very good as well before the merger in ’54

I noticed hotdog mentioned Tucker and that’s the
    company I would also choose.

    One word……innovation.

I don’t like what happened to Tucker, but maybe his
automotive skills were just a tad better than his business skills.

However we did gain some of the devices that were in his car. icon_biggrin.gif

Yeah I see that they are now just bringing back the turning headlights as a “new innovation,” when really it was Tucker’s idea!!! icon_eek.gif

    Baldi,

You mentioned that once before but I didn’t find a car that has those.

Do you know which manufacturer has those?

Many years ago the Lincoln, and other large cars, had VERY
bright side lights that illuminated when the turn signal was turned on.

I can’t remember what it was, I know I saw commercials for it. I want to say it was like an infinity or something but I’m not sure. I do know they exist though, I remember the commercial specifically said the headlights turn 15 degrees.

I did a quick search and found the BMW 530i has slightly turning
headlights. They call them adaptive lights.

    $50,000 for that car????????????

    No way!!!

I can buy 16 acres in the country for that price! icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif

That is probably what it was, the price sounds right. $50,000 is outrageous IMO! icon_eek.gif
