Might take a drive in the every day car to Ryan’s Car Care… with all this rain, there is no way my Chevelle is coming out anytime soon. Not sure what we did to deserve the winter and spring we’ve had, but I’m more than ready for warm weather
circletrackParticipantTwo in Verona, not sure how that’s going to work out…

circletrackParticipantMine won’t be coming out anytime soon, the roads that were nice and clean… covered in salt again
circletrackParticipantI don’t see that listed on their website (unless I missed it), most cars don’t come out of storage for a few weeks yet – it’s early
circletrackParticipantIt wasn’t the event that pulled the parking stunt – we thought parking was included in our entrance fee, it was the Alliant Center that pulled that. We told the people at the gate we had cars inside, why should we have to pay to get back in to them? Didn’t matter, fork over $6.50. The parking fees are the downfall of many events at that location, and to keep raising it every year is ridiculous. That building was built in 1969.. what the heck are we paying for? The concessions were also very expensive, we asked ahead of time and took in our own food… as long as you didn’t have alcohol, they were fine with that.
circletrackParticipantKeep in mind… Madison is very unfriendly car town and it’s harder than heck to get events like this in place. Second, this is the very first show, and as a participant – I think everyone had a great time this weekend and was happy with the results. There were several complaints about the parking (we had to pay every day to get in, even though we’d already paid our entry fee, some had to pay just to get back in with their trailers today), the money hungry Alliant Center responsible for that.
All in all, I think it went well. The place was packed both mornings into early afternoon, I’m sure it’ll be bigger next year. Many we talked to knew there was a show due to the advertising, but didn’t understand how to get their cars entered. A good variety of cars you see, and some I’ve never seen before.
It was good to see everyone that stopped out – after this brutal winter, shiny cars are good medicine.
circletrackParticipantThe wagon is pretty awesome too!
circletrackParticipantKnow quite a few that will be part of this show, hoping it’s a good time and lives up to it’s name

circletrackParticipantYes, heard horror stories about them all. We’ve always purchased our appliances through Sears and never had a problem
circletrackParticipantBest Buy has better prices, and I’ve heard Brothers Main is matching prices.
I always think sales like this are likely scams, they know people are going to come through the doors, and everyone thinks they are getting a deal – not

circletrackParticipantDrunk at 9:15 in the morning, more than likely been drunk (or drinking for days). Why stop now? Innocent people get killed every day due to addictions like this, very sad.
circletrackParticipantHeard several stories of the prices rising since they announced they were going under… I’ve never bought much there, but it’s a shame they feel the need to take advantage of people even more. No thanks
