    Definitely was the year to steal a car… so many sold for well under the prices they’re worth. I imagine there are many disappointed sellers knowing a year ago at this time the cars sold for much higher prices.

    Did see some really nice cars go across the block though. I was disapointed in some of the coverage ~ at times it seemed they featured nothing but Corvette after Corvette. If a muscle car was up next a commercial was more than likely in order. We weren’t home on Saturday night and taped it, that’s always the big night.

    How many cars did Ron Pratt buy this year?

    He bought at least two cars that were “charity related” on Saturday night, and made some large charitable contributions towards cars that he was not the high bidder on. But, he also bought the one airplane (a 1923 Ford powered something), that went for more than one million dollars.

    Also, it appeared that, in general, Chevrolet cars did very well this year. Congrats to Chevrolet.
