montefrazerParticipantQuote:Some weekends it is hard to make a choice, there are many good shows to choose from. Where is the all Ford show in Milwaukee?
Layton Ave, East of the airport, South side of the road.
montefrazerParticipantI plan to be at Waukesha. Might swing past Firestone after to see what that’s like and Venus Ford is on the way home.
montefrazerParticipantHave to go with Earlville. Knew some people there from The Kaiser Frazer car club.
montefrazerParticipantBeen to shows and swap meets at the Fair before. You can park on the street and walk in if you aren’t showing a car and don’t want to pay the parking fee. Heard this advertised on local radio so there may be a big turn out.
montefrazerParticipantThe only thing that may be up there is a bit of dust
I’m with you. Garibaldi. thumbsup.gif Nothing hanging from the mirror either.
montefrazerParticipantGot a new computer last December with XP. Old one has 98 SE.
montefrazerParticipantAll right. I’ve won the Scandanavian Lottery. icon_headbang.gif Now I will be able to pay for any problems with my Chase credit card account had today. thumbsup.gif Drogar-Laugh(LBG).gif
montefrazerParticipantWelcome to Wisconsin. thumbsup.gif blob1.gif wave.gif wave.gif
montefrazerParticipantWell they’re obviously time-traveling businessmen from the future who have travelled back in time to protect your investments
Doc, t’s me Marty McFly jumpy.gif , I’m back from the future, your the only one help me.
montefrazerParticipantGot it again. crybaby2.gif This time there WAS a problem on APRIL 6 instead of APRIL 5. w00t.gif Do you think they know what today’s date is?? These guys aren’t even good fortune tellers. Can’t keep the lies straight. icon_cheesygrin.gif
montefrazerParticipantIt’s a scam. Even less convincing than the IRS one I got a few weeks ago. Guess my email address is making the rounds of the spammers. BangHead.gif
montefrazerParticipantA FORD!!?? w00t.gif crybaby2.gif A Caprice is a full sized Chevrolet. thumbsup.gif icon_cheesygrin.gif
April 1, 2006 at 3:36 am in reply to: Replace, repair or refuse? (aka. You Can With A Nissan!) #23914montefrazerParticipantOUCH. w00t.gif Think I would pass on that one.
montefrazerParticipantInteresting. On an 82 Caprice I got 60,000 miles on one set of Bosch Platinum and replaced them with another set. Sold the car after about another 50,000 miles and it was running good. Passed emissions test with no problems 3 months before I sold it. That was one year ago. Going to put a set in the 77 Caprice I’m driving now when I need to change plugs.
montefrazerParticipantWell at least with the public transportation you could concentrate on getting something done, where as if you’re commuting yourself you must be concentrating on only that.
Not some of the people I see on the road. w00t.gif It’s the LAST thing they have on their mind. Talking on the phone, drinking coffee or soda, eating, playing with the radio and singing along, etc.
I used to do a 40 minute commute with most of it on the freeway. Now I do a 20 minute commute on county highways and city streets. Shorter is better. icon_applause.gif -
