I watch too, just for the yelling and screaming. They would fit right in where I work. :D The bikes and cars are interesting, but the shows would be off the air by now if it wasn’t for the personalities. The Monster Garage episodes I remember best had the crazy people working on the projects.

Southeast corner works for me. I’ll plan on 11:30. I’ll have a black Monte Carlo hat on and be carring a white bag with a blue strap on my shoulder. Hope the weather is good so we can get together.

What about The Doors, The Who, Styx, ect?

Not in the car right now but since they are between A and Z, and they rock, I do have them. I rotate the tapes every week or two, I have lots of tapes and since used casettes are so cheap, I am still buying more.

    Is it an 8 track?

No, I put an 8 track with a digital display in the last car I drove, but I also used a cassette adapter with it. My 8 track tapes are falling apart. icon_sad.gif This car, a 77 Caprice, got an aftermarket JBL AM/FM cassette. I do have an 8 track in my 70 Monte Carlo.

Those are the only bleachers I know of. South part of the grounds by the car corral. Here’s a link to a map of the grounds. http://www.jeffersoncountyfairpark.com/about/grounds_map.html Where it says grandstand.

The Beatles, Eurythmics, Aerosmith, and U2

I have Aerosmith, Eurythmics, and U2 in the car to put in the tape player right now. Also Deep Purple, George Thorogood, and Da Yoopers for comic relief. Thought I was the only one still listening to Eurythmics stuff.
If it comes between Aerosmith and ZZ Top and it rocks, I listen to it. My radio doesn’t get rap, country, or talk radio so I HAVE to listen to rock. icon_rolleyes.gif .

I use the north end of the bleachers as a meeting place. Easy to find and you can relax if you’re early or need a break from walking and a group can sit together and talk. Time is not a concern to me. I am there most of the day. Could have more than one meeting time to cover late and early people. Just some suggestions to think about.

Spring Jefferson for me, too. I’ll be there on Saturday if the weather is good. I’ll be busy on Sunday so my show cars will be the ones for sale. icon_wink.gif Anyone else planning on Saturday?

P S Leave the Kaiser parts for me. thumbsup.gif

Yep saturday for me too, it just works out the best. I should make a big Wisconsin Collector Car sign and stick it on my back or something so you’ll recognize me. Drogar-Laugh(LBG).gif

That could work thumbsup.gif , or we could pick a place and time to say HI wave.gif to any of us that are interested in putting a face to a name.

I was some what undecided on this new version since I watched the original series, but the last episode got me. Looking forward to the next episode to see where it goes. Lots of plot twists possible with that ending.

As long as the stories are as good as the original Cussler books, I’ll keep reading and rereading them. Waiting to see how things change now that Dirk Sr. has married, taken over the Admiral’s top spot, and the stories turn to his children.

Here’s an SS Monte that was never made. No factory SS Montes made in 72, but people are bidding on this one. w00t.gif Make it a faster and nicer, but don’t make it something it’s not.
