When I’m on other forums, I usually place a link to a place I want people to goto in my signature. Take advantage of the off-topic forum on other boards. Entice them with photos of some nice rides and tell them that there is more by following this link.

Yesterday I opened my personal page on cardomain.com

You can create your own links page and you can also advertise WCC on the page you have setup. I think this will help in gaining exposure and attracting people to join.
