Specific Ratings (A-F):
Arrival/Departure (easy to find, easy to leave?) – A – easy to find and a nice ride down, not many other cars on the road
Parking Location – B – It was nice and there was actually room to set up a canopy. It was on the end however
Class Organization – B – seemed pretty good but I think they need to split up the 60s stock and mustang classes
Trophies & Prizes – A – lots of door prizes and the trophies looked very nice. Congrats to Circletrack on her win!
Food – A – bbq pulled pork. Looked very good. I had a root beer float which was a great treat on this warm day.
Entertainment – A – Good music, a lot of Beach Boys
Judging – A – Seemed to be doing a thorough job
Dash Plaque – C – no cars on it
Variety of Cars – A – a lot that I’ve never seen before
Bathrooms – B – none on the ends
Weather – A – Nice, a little warm in the sun if you’re just sitting
Trophy Presentation Timing – A+ – they did it right at 2 which was a nice change!
Entry Fee – A – standard
Overall Rating:A+ – This show is definitely one of my favorite ones of the whole year. The location is excellent and it is really a lot of fun!Quote:I drove thru it, nowhere to stop until Loganville. How did you protect your car in that terrible downpour?
Sounds like the Saturday QSL was fun. Its not even necessary to have a lot of cars there if the drive out is fun and there’s something there that you haven’t seen before
Oh wow! I just saw this at QSL a few weeks ago and then at another show too! Marshall and I were looking at all the intricate detail and how they made it look and feel like a plane. The gas is even a lever!
