This winter I had planed to put A/C in the wagon. But right now focused on selling our Monona home.House is on channel and has a 15×40 garage with 11ft ceiling.Don’t want to take car apart if I have to move in a hurry.
78cruisingwagonParticipantThis year I finally get to get my collector plates for my 93 Mustang convertible !! Ive owned it nine years. I believe the pics of the engine compartment and all sides are to insure its stock, not modified.I am sure some people put the plates on older second cars to save some money.Others may truly love there cars like we all do.I wont judge people why they put a collector plate on their car be it a K Car or a Vette.
78cruisingwagonParticipantThank you for getting back to me.Turns out we will be starting in Rockford Il heading south along the Mississippi to Memphis on our 3rd Pinto Stampede .More info as I get it.
78cruisingwagonParticipantAugust 1st- 4th.

Had a great time in Batavia! We made a weekend of it driving down Saturday to visit with friends and spent the night. We met at the hotel at 9am Sunday morning and five Pintos cruised to the show.Youngest was Brandon,17, who along with his girlfriend Jessica, and his red 78 Runabout, attended his first car show!Attachments:
78cruisingwagonParticipantI, along with a few friends will be attending the Batavia VFW Hollween show.Right now the forecast weather for Sunday is sunny, upper 40’s.Hope it stays that way.
78cruisingwagonParticipantWent to the VFW car show in Delafield.150+ cars.Nice show,Outstanding weather! One more for me next Sunday at the Batavia Il VFW.

78cruisingwagonParticipantI made it to Volo on Sunday.Just a handfull of cars cruised from Bristol down.I heard a figure of 175 cars total at Volo, not sure there were that many.It was a mix of light rain with some peeks of sun and warm.On the way home I took a detour to have a late lunch with a friend.A nice 300 mile Sunday drive. Will be putting the car away in a few weeks.
78cruisingwagonParticipantIf the rain looks like it will clear out by midday Sunday I will be going to Volo for the Toys for Tots Cruise and Show.Cruise leaves at 10am from the Bristol Diner on hwy 45, south of Milwaukee.

Yes it is scenic. The water way you see is the St Lawrence River , that is the border between Canada and the US.The show was on the main street of the town that runs along the river.Attachments:

Made it back last night safe and sound after 922 miles.Car ran great, only problem was another #$^% Cooper Cobra came apart.2nd one this summer!Had to drive back on a 30 year old Goodyear GT Radial spare in place of the 3 year old Cooper.Made it to Floodwood Friday about 5pm.The show was nice , about 150 cars.Nice seeing cars ive never seen before.Attachments:
78cruisingwagonParticipantAfter this HOT summer I will be installing A/C in my car.I picked up a complete unit a couple of weeks ago.I just have to check for leaks ,install a new heater core, driers, and what ever else it needs. The main thing is that I got the factory heater box and duct work.
