Went to QSL for the first cruise night of the season!Just a handfull of cars.It was nice to see friends after a long off season.I gave the Pinto a rest and took the 93 Mustang convertible.It was a Perfect night for it.
in Monona our assessment droped .02% , taxes as a whole went DOWN 9.7 %.Even Dane county portion went DOWN by the same 9.7%.Hard to believe, but True!

I had a great time at the show today.I talked to some of the promoters and told them I hoped they at least broke even so they would have the show again next year.I thought they did a great job in the time they had to set it up(three months).I think it is a great venue and hope its there next year.Several attendes that I talked to were at the bead show and State wrestling tourament and decided to check out the car show. Its great to get people who would not normally attend a car show ,attend a car show.If you dont like the price of water bring one from home, and you can park for free at Olin park st across the street.
Mostly I saw people smiling and having a good time, that what it all about!Having a great time!Parked next to kcarguy.

That would be a whole lot of fun to be on the track all day LOL ! Last year in KC the Pintos were doing laps at 95mph.
Just got back from my trip to Milwaukee.200+ miles today car ran great! And had a great visit with friends I havent seen since last years car show season.
My first drive was today! The new door glass seals are great, no more window rattling.Wednesday I plan to drive it on my route, then to Milwaukee to buy Brewers tickets, then on to Big Bend McDonalds to meet up with my “Loser” friends.
here is an e-mail I recived this morning:
“We are working on a poster to be finished today, and will be asking everyone to print and put up where they work, and send to all friends and ask them to send as well. The show is Sat only, 10am – 6pm, load in on Friday still a go. We did not run out of space for cars, so all who sent in apps are in. Still working out best floor layout for vendors and cars. Sorry about the delay, we had issues to work out with Alliant, and can say no more. There will be a lot of very cool elements to this show, but first time putting it together and short timeline has been problematic. Hit me back if you do not have a poster pdf by Tues. Thanks, Rob”
