    It’s rather early… my car will be in storage until at least after Jefferson if not later.

    I think that’s pretty much standard now, several club members have had to do the same with both hobbyist and collector plates… maybe it’s the DMV’s way of making sure they are registering a “collector” vehicle and not the neighbors 1985 Ford Cube Van that’s held together by rust?

    The cars normally seen in this show are typically not from around this area, which makes no sense to me… You have to be “chosen” to be in this event, so tell me how someone from Green Bay or the like wants to drive to Madison in weather that can be uncooperative?

    The date they have chosen this year has not been good the last few years for events, and there are other events that day. I guess we’ll have to wait and see what happens.

    I have talked with others that share security concerns about the event, and agree it’s best to stay with your car that day.

    Let’s hope the weather starts to change for the better soon, and stays that way!

    I have a hard time believing the person that shot this video was just driving to work and came across this…. very beautiful cars, the modifications done were amazing on some of the cars, along with the paint jobs.

    Wonder when the auction is?? ;)

    Have you ever been to a race?

    In years past tracks sold out in no time, but with the economy and many other factors, you will see empty seats now… it’s very expensive to attend a race. I’ve been to several and would love to attend a race at Bristol one day.

    Got it for $3.43 over the weekend, still way too much! I’m not letting the tank go below 1/2 if I can! :angry:
