I missed it this week due to being out and then the storms! Hopefully next time is better!

I did see a question about Pardeeville ~ it’s held in Chandler Park and is one of the nicer shows around. The first year they had around 100 cars and last year well over 200! This year we anticipate it being even better. It’s a beautiful park with lots of tree and shading. Nice door prizes and awards.

Just who is sponsoring this event? Doesn’t 5:30 seem like an inconvenient time for those that work and/or live downtown?

The Road Apples Cruise night was overflowing last night! Great night to be out and about! Unfortunately it’s been a bad summer and not too many good nights left.

I saw a few flyers for that one this year, but can’t remember where it’s held.

Marshall ~ What happened in Stoughton? We went to that show years ago and were not impressed, haven’t been back since. It’s a great location, just not well organized.

Gotcha! I’ve seen that car at a few shows and agree with you 100%! It’s an interesting shade and it looks good on that car! :)

Going into this show “blind” and not knowing what we were expected to do, we learned lots today. The weather wasn’t too cooperative until later in the day, but we did end up with at least 75 cars! Having to compete with Stoughton wasn’t easy and we will be changing a few things for next year. We raised $300 for the American Cancer Society, a very positive point!

What’s up with the green Camaro? I noticed the multiple pictures in the gallery…

We’ll be at Parks Automotive tomorrow and hope to see some of you at Culver’s in Stoughton tomorrow night. I’m hoping this rain moves out!

If you wait until later in the fall, Tuesdays would work great for most.

I thought it was great, very enjoyable! Maybe in the future you can change the nights around so those that can’t make it on Wednesdays can attend? It would be fun to have a certain topic to discuss or upcoming show, past show… You did a great job!

Nice! That’s a great location for a show! From what I’ve been told, they learned some lessons this year that will make the coming years even better.

We left Sun Prairie about 8:10 and got there around 9:20-9:30, so not bad at all!

There were raffle drawings/prizes for the adults too, along with creeper races and a muffler rap. This club has about 60 members so with the complete support of the community and their hard work they do a great job! (We talked to the Mayor in great lengths about the show). 425 cars in attendance! icon_applause.gif

No, the judges did not win trophies at Mt. Horeb. A couple people coordinating the show won, but they were not judges. I don’t know for sure, but I know the judging was a bit late as they had some cars they couldn’t find. I don’t mind waiting 30-45 minutes for awards, it’s the ones that are 1-2 hours late that bother me.
