I am inquiring about your Class C, Stock 1900 to 1959. Isn’t this a rather large number of years to group with just one class? Do you have any data from last years show as to how many cars would have been in a class this large?
I look at it from this perspective:
Cars 1900-59, a 59 year span.
-Remove the street rods as they have there own class.
-Remove conertibles as they have there own class.
-Any modified cars will go in the appropriate class (lead sleds, modified, etc). What you have left is pre war model A’s, coupes sedans, and post-war coupes and sedans. Your not going to find a lot of 42-45 model year vehicles at shows since the automakers were building military vehicles during WW2. This leaves a small amount of vehicles left for this class.
Just my opinion, but Im sure circletrack can confirm as she is the President of the club.
moparkid25ParticipantI put my stock wheels back on (hence why the gnx wheels are for sale), and have been locating needed interior trim components to replace. You have no idea how hard it is to find a power bucket drivers seat for a Grand National! Im also looking to upgrade my accessory gauges I have in the car, i found some really nice Autometers that have a green backighting like the rest of factory dash lights, but they are $220 a piece, so I think ill be going with some black ones from VDO. I also located a replacement steering wheel out of an original 29k mile car. Other items im looking to replace are the sunvisors and depending on funds after i get back from vacation, i may have the windows re-tinted. However, the car needs new weatherstrips and i should put new window motors and bushings in the doors at the same time, just my luck if I redo the tint before that ill screw it up!
moparkid25ParticipantVolvo’s. If you’ve ever had to work on one, you’ll know what I mean.

No one wants to see it end, but others also have obligations and running a show is a big commitment that not everyone can commit to. Your duties with the military take presedence, if someone gets bent because you arent here then tough titties. Oregon show or not, there is no way i would substitute it with Albany, especially after the garbage theyve pulled on you in the past.
moparkid25ParticipantBUMP
I realized I’m a little high on my asking price, the going rate for these wheels used is $500 set.
I’ll take $500 firm, plus you get some rubber with them.
moparkid25ParticipantIf I were you, I would get in touch with Justin Frederick. He’s young and doesn’t know any better
moparkid25ParticipantEvery winter i ask myself that question
My family, as much as they drive me nuts, is here. My mom is ok, my dad can be a pain in the ass, and if Grandma is off her meds you need to batten down the hatches. I have a great job and do ok financially. I have a lot of great friends here too. I like this area most of the time. If I were to move, i dont know where i would go, but it would be somewhere warm and dry.
Plus if I wasnt around for car shows in the summer, Team Mustang wouldnt have anyone to despise (or secretly lust for)

moparkid25ParticipantI heard this from one of my parts salesman the other day. When i was a young guy picking up and delivering parts i used to pick up tires there. Doug Pahl is probably one of the nicest guys i have ever met in the auto industry. Im glad he gets to go out the way he wants to.
moparkid25ParticipantHere is a pic of the wheels, and i also took one of the curb rash. Enkei has started to reproduce these wheels, however they are not made with this bolt pattern anymore. If anyone who hasnt seen my car at a show wants to know what they look like on a G Body, go to the album for Blanchardville 2012 there is a pic of my car sitting with jonmandude’s challenger.

We had it fitted, primed and painted to match along with getting it clear coated also. I always wanted one and I love the way they look on the Monte. I have only a few updates to do along with hood pins for safety this spring. Have good start on spring should get out early to cruise can’t wait.right on. i too like the cowl hoods on monte carlo ss’, i had a 2″ cowl on my ’87.
moparkid25ParticipantLooks similar to a GT-R. Ive thought the c6 was one of the best bodystyles Corvette has had since the Stingray split windows.

There are several teams in the US that do not have a football team that plays with their heart and has as many fans as the Packers do, and never will. I’m not happy they didn’t win tonight, they didn’t deserve to, but there is always next season and I think we’ve proved enough that we can come right back out in the fall swinging and ready to try again.Spoken like a true pecker fan. This team is not what anyone believes they are. They win a superbowl MAYBE every 14 years. I more pissed off the Broncos lost… I hate ro break it to ya, but the peckers are at best a playoff loss team, just like my favorite Minnesota Vikings. Its Russell Wilson all day in my book, the only Wisco QB to actually become something in the NFL.
Pats vs. Seahawks. If Im wrong, it will be Pats vs Falcons in the big game.
