Ouch Toby400………………. Whats seems to be the problem with the Oregon shows??? 3 completely different shows… and your done with all 3 huh?? I am sure I haven’t seen you rate either of the other shows. So as for you to say you hope this is the last show is a bit rough. If I were you Id give some ideas to the show organizers of what you’d like to see changed. I for one at my show have 3 separate ways to offer up suggestions, comment cards, this website, and the old fashioned way by mouth. I have tried to change whatever people have suggested and feel that I have done very well at all suggestions given forth to me. As for the other show…… I feel Justin does a great job at running his show, It supports a great cause that is near and dear to his heart and health. I for one and a avid supporter of any and all car shows and I m not sure if you have ever ran one before but I and everyone else here can tell you its is a boat load of work with months and months of planning and Id love to see you please everyone. We organizers try our hardest to but alas we can not. There will always be someone who is not happy. If you are truly this unhappy with the shows out here I am sorry and hope someday you can try them again but unless you give us something to go on we can not change for the better, please feel free to call me 608-513-6127 or email me cucooking123@yahoo.com or stop me on the street and tell me whats on your mind I’d love to talk and figure this out. I am sorry to hear you all will not be attending. I plan on putting the show on next year so it should be back at normal next year!
I know there isnt much info I explained to them what to do but alas you can lead a cow to pasture but not force them to eat. I think the limit is due to location. They moved it onto a street right next to the festival. Every year they tried to get me to move locations to this area they are using this year but I like grass and there is some shade at Jaycee park. Like I said before I have nothing to do with this years show. I registered and Im looking forward to see how this goes. I am also excited that I will be able to do tbe parade finally.
The O-town Showdown will not be happening this year. I simply do not have time to put it together due to high demand of my job. The Oregon Chamber of Commerce is planning on running a car show at the same location and same time. I would like to make it clear this is not the same show, but I highly encourage all to attend and If I am able I will also attend. I am sorry for the confusion as I tried extremely hard to make my show happen but alas I could not. I will be looking at running the show next year and hope to see you all at a show or two this year. Finally spring has sprung and I just took the car out yesterday for its first ride. One oil change and wash away from official cruise ready. I would also like to put a shout out for my friends Charity Car show,

William Torhorst out of Oregon. He drove to Mcfalrand late last night and picked my wife up when her car broke down. Thats service!!! They have several options for insurance carriers too. Give him a shout ans tell I sent you. They will take good care of you!

Nope noone I have been a one man show for the last 4 years. The chamber couldnt do it they barely have enough to do the Summerfest. I know people are busy and I am not worried about Albany but It just flat sucks all the work I have done and I cant get it going this year.
i know that Zack not mad at people just frustrated that I cant do it. like you said its alot to do and trust me I know 98% of it I do by myself every year. thats why its so hard on me all the work i have done just to let it go like this………
