Hi Russ, Pardeeville is a very popular show, averaging around 400-500+ cars… They do not park anyone by class, but it’s pretty important you get there early to get a good spot around the park, otherwise you will be parked on the baseball diamond, which isn’t bad when it’s a nice day, but when it’s hot – no thanks.

My husband and I have judged the pro street class the last few years and while there isn’t a ton of cars, it’s a fairly competitive class. There are cars from the area, but I also know they pull in cars from the surrounding states, you see a bit of everything.

Are you planning on trailering your car to the nearest town, or what are your thoughts? You should be fine around Pardeeville, but I wouldn’t push it anywhere else.

It’s a great show, I highly recommend it.

Let us know if you need anything else!

It appears that Watertown will need to fix this issue, also, one way or the other for next years show. According to their flyer, nothing newer than 1990 was allowed into their show. But, there were plenty of new or newer Mustangs and new or newer Corvettes. The Mustangs and Shelbys were in the “special interest” class! I saw other “newer” cars that were in todays show, competing and being judged. They’re gonna have to decide whether all new and newer cars/trucks are coming in, or none are.

Watertown needs a lot more help than that.. :)

That is exactly why we do not exclude newer cars at our show… I never want anyone to feel like they are not welcome. I may not always agree on your choice of vehicle, but it’s yours, you love it and are proud of it.

Drought’s don’t effect the machanical breakdowns of dump trucks and semi’s. Yes, it effects those in landscaping though.

Not too many places to get parts past 5pm in Madison now that Eggy’s is locked up, Kayser has the only truck shop open late anymore on the Beltline.

This weather has affected many businesses, it should be interesting to see what the future brings. You can’t keep a shop open if the trucks never leave the lot. It’s really a shame the employees are left high and dry now, I’m sure they would’ve appreciated a bit more notice, although the writing was probably on the wall. That’s a tough area with Thorstad’s closing and other businesses.

That was a surprise… I’m sure the drought is going to have trickle down effects for a long time – the mild winter that started all this didn’t help either

And Mayfield continues to abuse drugs even though he’s claimed several times he was “framed” by Nascar…

There are several drivers that would love a chance in Nascar, JJ is paying the price now for making a stupid mistake – it could haunt him the rest of his life.
