Welcome to the forum! You should look specifically at the state(s) that you plan to visit, but the DOT (Department of Transportation) for each state should have a drivers handbook (hopefully online too) that details the rules and regulations as well as good driving techniques in general and specific to that state. For example, here’s a link to the one for Wisconsin:

I think you’ll be happy with the satellite service and like you said that’s a perfect time to upgrade – get a digital signal for your digital tv. I do wonder if satellite receivers (the non-HDTV ones) will actually be affected by the change in 2009 because they are a digital signal, not analog like cable dontknow.gif
I think Obama’s fresh look and ideas is what we need to revitalize politics in America today. I feel like the politicians in Washington are constantly dragging their feet, not getting anything done, and lying all at once. Someone like Obama can change that, who knows to what degree but even a small change would be good
