Both are excellent brands nowadays. They have the quality control and durability that GM and Ford seem to lack which is sad. I have had very good experience with Toyota but have not had much contact with Hondas although I hear they are good as well. Are you thinking a sedan or SUV, or ?
GaribaldiKeymasterSame, Spring Green and VFW
GaribaldiKeymasterThanks for the updates Jon!
GaribaldiKeymasterQuote:Actually, what you are seeing are flames from another vehicle parked closeby reflecting off of the Mustang’s chrome pony. This was not photo shopped, just a fortuitous moment when the image was captured. That is really amazing!
GaribaldiKeymasterSounds like a great time Ryan!
Quote:they said that they had more pre-registered cars this year than any year in WaukeshaThat is great news for Madison and this show here in the future! I talked to someone who went today (Sat) and they said there were about 1500 cars they thought today despite the rain. I decided to not go because of the rain but plan on attending tomorrow. Today the forecast says thunderstorms and flash flood warnings after 3PM but tomorrow is only scattered showers so I think that sounds like a better bet.
GaribaldiKeymasterPM sent back! When it is in the Outbox, it means the recipient has not opened it yet. When it moves to the Sentbox, it means that they have already read it.
@Marshall,
I sent him an email 3 days ago and he has not responded yet but I will let you know (and you too RivMan) when he does
GaribaldiKeymasterYeah Jon excellent job! It was a fantastic night with the live entertainment and it was amazing to walk all the way around The Lube and see cars! I also thought they did a good job of accommodating everyone inside – we got seated right away despite the huge crowd of people! Thanks to the GoodGuys, Lake Wisconsin Cruisers, and Central Wisconsin Road Knights for coming as well!
GaribaldiKeymasterQuote:Ok, I give up. My computer will not allow me to upload any pictures. I get
to the piont of putting it in the album and it comes up download error. I
have worked on this for 6hrs over the last 3 days. I have tried to change
the resolution. when I go to properties, I only get the general tab. I am
unable to change anything. BangHead.gif
If anybody has any other ideas please let me know (besides getting a new
computer)Sorry that this is giving you so much trouble. Instead why don’t you email them to me and I will post them for you. My email is garibaldi “at” wiscollectorcar.com .
Quote:OK, sorry for the confusion on my part.Tomorrow’s show in Cambridge is actually Cambridge, IL and not Cambridge, Wi.
I have been carrying around this flyer all year, and I know I have looked at it a half a dozen times, and maybe I justed wanted to see Cambridge, Wi. I studied this flyer for ten minutes this morning before I realized that it was Cambridge, IL after all. Actually, I am somewhat disappointed as I was ready to do a close-by show.
I did the exact same thing with that show last year! I looked at the info and thought I would go to it since its not too far…
GaribaldiKeymasterWhat kind of car are you thinking about?
GaribaldiKeymasterQuote:Can any one help me figure out the album page and how to change the
resolution? I don’t know if its me or the computer. All I know is that it’s
not working for me. I would like to post a picture of my cars but thats not
working either.Sure. The first thing you need to do is create an album by using the button at the middle top of the photo gallery when you are logged in. Alternatively, you can just upload into one of the general folders. Now, click the Upload a File link and select the photos you want. You should then be able to upload them. If their dimensions are too large, I recommend using Visualizer Photo Resize which is a free program to easily resize them. Try 1280×1024. Once then are uploaded, load the page for the picture and you will see a box below the image which contains the code to place it on the forum. Simply copy it and paste it in a post. Let me know if you have any questions!
GaribaldiKeymasterThanks a lot for the tips! Do you own a classic or attend any car shows?
GaribaldiKeymasterWow, fantastic shot! That is a cool effect that they applied! Thanks for posting! thumbsup.gif
GaribaldiKeymasterI will contact him and see if he can take some pictures!
