The interest rate drops are beneficial if your refinancing for a better rate and not to pay off credit cards, etc.
My old man is in the process of building his new house and currently has a construction loan. When we were at the bank the other day, the mortgage lady said by the time he converts the const. loan into a home mortgage the interest rate will be somewhere around 5%. That’s good news for people in the buyers/builders market.

My hotel wasn’t on the list either. It’s not really a big deal to me, but I see what you mean by everyone else getting there cut of the action.

Liberals want to take your second amendment rights away from you because they think guns cause crime and kill people. I’ve got news for the anti’s, guns don’t kill people, people kill people. If you take the right to bear arms away from us the criminals will still kill people and they will still aquire guns. The last two months I’ve read a column published by the NRA called “The Armed Citizen”. It states stories from all over the country where the common man protected himself, his family, and his property with firearms.
