I agree, no one will take responsibility but everyone points the finger at the Madison PD for not finding Zimmerman’s killer. The call center operator should have lost his job, especially after the call tape revealed screaming in the background. I know Im in no hurry to call 911 now…

I just got back to the shop from Thorstads and highways weren’t bad, but Madsion’s streets suck. I understand they are trying to cut back on using salt, but that still doesn’t mean the trucks have to drive around with the blades up….

I dont know that discontinuing the Ranger is a good idea. There are still those who need a truck but don’t need a full size. Mercury brings nothing to the table.

The latest forecast has another couple of inches of snow coming in tomorrow. This year it doesn’t seem to bother me as bad and I think its because I’m not plowing snow. It’s nice not to have to get up at all hours and then work 16-17 hour days, weekends, holidays, etc. I only plowed the lot at the Dealership (and a few other places thanks to the boss’ truck), but when you have to be careful around $,$$$,$$$ in new and used inventory along with customers vehicles it takes a while. Then the government takes half of that. The extra money plowing wasn’t really enough for to justify it anymore.

Now I get up in the AM, get ready for work, put the truck in 4WD, and the neighbor brings his tractor over and cleans my driveway so its all nice when I get home from work. :)

Doyle and his entourage don’t want to let your property taxes go down, that’s less money for the state. I agree that if the value of the property goes down, taxes should reflect that.

I was in there on Weds also. many nice cars, and the selection of street rods, muscle cars, late models, etc. is also great. Pete has plenty of work in the resto shop, I’m curious how much of Blue Chip’s clientel will follow him over to Benchmarks…

There’s a lot more deals to come. Prices will come down, clones are very, very affordable now. Unfortunately Mopars are still up there in $$$, but what goes up must come down.

I’ve got my eye on a few, hopefully tax season will be good to me and I can get a car next spring again.

I’m not hitting up the stores. It is an all Amazon Christmas for me.

I did this last year, it was great. This year mom and dad each get a gift card, let them go get there own presents. I’ll have to fight the hustle and bustle of the jewlery stores for the girlfriends presents BangHead.gif but she will get a gift card also.

$1.88 in Sun Prairie today… My husband got gas earlier this week and the clerk told him not to be surprised if it’s below $1 by Christmas!! While that would be great, are we going to pay for these low prices sooner or later and how come nothing else is coming down in price? Going to the grocery store is depressing! :(

The oil companies are still making billions of dollars at these low prices, how low can it go?

Just goes to show you how much they were making before the price got jacked up.

Quite a few changes have taken place at Midwest Family Brodcasting as of late, both on and off the air. Greg Bair lost his morning show on 93.1 when they changed there format to hip-hop, or crap as I prefer. Kurt Baron is back to being behind the scenes again. My cousin was a part-timer on the Lake and I haven’t talked to him, but I’m sure he’s lost that gig. Greg is back over at 94.1 JJO with Johnny Danger. Tara Arnold is not on there show, and was replaced by Beeotch….. Greg was the only reason I listened to JJO in the a.m. He’s a very knowledgeable dude and funny as hell!

Last March I won tickets to Ace Frehley on the Lake. That was the only FM radio show I would listen too. I have XM and now that XM and Sirius have joined, I get Sirius channels too!

Only listen to JJO now in the a.m. when its on at work, or when my buddy Brock (some of you may know him from the car show scene – 71 Charger r/t survivor car) is doing his on-air gig during the weekends thumbsup.gif

Another great affect will be that the heating season will be cheaper if prices stay where they are. People who bought on the pre-buy may be getting the short end of the stick this year.

I locked my propane in @ 2.09/gal this year. When I did, that was a steal. Now if the prices go down I will be screwed. Next year I can get on the budget plans for heat and electrical and be locked in at a flat rate.

A gas station was supposed to go in there but had trouble getting a permit for the tanks.

You could probably run a car on the warm, green, .25 cent Old Style taps they served there!
