Cimmarron 2nded dont forget about that ridiculous little Catera Cadillac made in the 90’s either…also the late 80’s Toyota Tercel.

Given that ma70tt is new to the forum, thought that I would throw the option of clicking the little thought bubble under a username to post a private message should he/she decide to respond to “Can you please tell me what car you entered into the show? ” in case doing so in the public forum is unappealing…for what its worth I thought it was a great show on par with my favorites Pardeeville and Blanchardville! Wouldn’t go with the suggestion to bump the caliber etc into a tuner class though because that tends to irritate the Honda, Acura, Mitsubishi, etc drivers…love the inclusion of the survivor class though so I don’t get stuck in the 90 to present I usually see with my 1990 at other shows. End two cents…

Looking at Sun Prairie for Saturday, hope the ice cream truck is there again! Have to work so I’ll see if I can leave early or come into work late or both.

Got your message, thanks, so busy lately it really looks like it might be Fall before I have a chance to actually start uploading photos so I haven’t forgotten about it. Already have about 8 shows worth of photos and that number will only rise as the season progresses…will keep in touch if anything comes up.

Congrats on the award, sorry to hear about the paper listing….I can’t recall if you had done it in the past but you should review the show under the “rate the show” tab then “2012”. That show isn’t listed yet so you would have to hit the button at the top right to “add new listing” and then its pretty self explanatory. Anyway just in case you were interested. Hopefully see you in Fennimore this weekend!

Thanks for the information…different location this year looks like, no wonder I couldn’t find it. My day is indeed brightened.:)

Well that would be most unfortunate…thanks for the info! Anyone wants to park there Cadillac in the front yard of my house; that might help make up for it (particularly if it’s a 85-96 fleetwood Brougham).

Only one way to find out for sure lol…I received your text, did you get my reply?…Anyway working tomorrow and the whole weekend so can’t be of much help I’m afraid…unless you’re referencing something else?

ok time to throw down, pinto vs k-car drag race…honestly have to go with the pinto on this one, those little cars are quicker than they look! Probably less EPA regulated crap sucking the energy out of the Pinto’s as well. We want a clean race, no rear ending!

Little over 4 miles if you are entering from 18/151 but if it’s early in the morning on a weekend the beltline is typically not bad at that time, should be no problem.

Interesting conversation, I fit into the aforementioned 18-25 category so I’ll chip in my two cents…after all I fear the classic luxury division of car shows may not be adequately represented by present discussion participants! Besides everyone knows that “Ricers” blasting rap and pickups blasting country at car shows are equally annoying and inappropriate. What makes sense are 20-25 year old box Chevy Caprices, Town Cars, and Cadillac’s blasting a mix of 80 to present rap at the shows, and to this end my Cadillac and its 660 watt sub system will be happy to provide all your entertainment needs! lol.

And just in case you don’t believe me I cite evidence here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quKE3ZRiBNs

Disclaimer for those who choose to click on the link…the final verse includes some of that ever popular “rappin about a drive by or beatin a hoe” and “every other word is the F word” on occasion.

I made it up there once before it closed, the place seemed a bit small for 400 cars at once, the owner at the time told us that the display changed regularly as they cycled through cars in the collection that were borrowed from their owners. I think about 75 maybe 100 were ever on display at once plus a few for sale in the parking lot. Neat place, I can recall a 76 Eldorado sitting in the back corner of the museum that caught my eye and a late 60’s olds 98? for $8,000 out front. I took a few photos but don’t know where they are since that was back before I had a digital camera and 15,000+ collector car digital photo archive.

Thanks, I figured you probably get that sort of thing a lot but hadn’t really noticed it in the past.
