Sez the guy driving a K Car LOLs … just kidding. I had a Mercury Marquis Brougham station wagon that was actually pretty nice considering its Fairmont roots. Fox platforms were also the basis for the longest lived Mustang series. The only cars on that list that were truly awful are the Trabant and the Yugo…awesome auto technologies from the old Soviet satellites, East Germany and Yugoslavia…and those two countries no longer exist much like the cars they produced.

Sounds like you guys had a great show. Glad the DJ pleased the attendees. I am so sorry I could not be the DJ this year as scheduling conflicts occurred between you guys and a long standing car show I do closer to where I live. Sounds like she did a great job mixing it up for you.

Even though I am providing the music, I’m thinking of entering the HHR in the show.

I don’t think I will ever go to this show any time soon. I was there last in 2010. No close by parking for disabled tagged vehicles. They expect you to go to Tommy Bartlett’s and wait for the school bus to come and get you. Not an option with my GF’s cane and my art wagon. But the bigwigs that they invite get on site parking…wonder of wonders. An Eagle Scout guarding one such lot let me park in it when I explained my situation. But it is getting too big for the area, and the club, to handle it. Either find a bigger, easier to access venue or turn it over to a professional organiser. BTW, change the mix tape please, or hire a real DJ who can mix it up. (I’m available…LOL)

Seems to be fun. Wish India could also have such auto shows.

Organize one. I’ve been on Indian collector sites so I know there is a car community.

I believe all elections should be publicly funded, that way there would be no influence by groups or individuals. As far as a union making political contributions they represent many individuals as opposed to an individual(such as the kook brothers) making a contribution. To be fair to the union you have to divide their contribution by the number of individuals to determine the real contribution per union member.

It really makes no difference, the system is so corrupt now that things will never change.

That actually makes sense publicly funding the election process. As far as Union contributions, that should be disallowed as well. Not every member of a Union agrees with the Union’s political view. I know some teachers who can’t even say a word in conversations at work because they are conservative.

Great way to ruin the reputation of another classic muscle car, just like they did with the Charger being a 4-door.

You do realize that most of the Darts produced were four door slant six or two barrel 318 powered cars?

Keeps the book secure and does not let it slide onto the paint when handled. Cool.

Stitzer has a post office?! I can see why they would close it, why have a post office for the 12 people that live in that town. 6 of them probably can’t write there own name anyway  I didn’t realize Doylestown had a post office either.

Surprised to see Babcock still had a post office. I guess they will have to drive to Pittsville now.
