DDHemi and I are going to drive from my house in Blue Mounds up to Richland Center, and cruise 14 back to Madison from there. With gasprices what they are, we cut the majority of our trip out.

Don Miller has a MOPAR show and a Pontiac show this Sunday. As Marshal said, they have an all-makes show in late July.

Hey RivFan, I might just be drvin’ a MOPAR to that show…. thumbsup.gif

The only best of award I’ll get this year will probably be “Best Looking MOPAR Guy”, it seems to be an easy award for me to win!!!

I’ve seen that 69 Chevelle before, it is a badass car! When I had my ’69 Charger, I seen him on mineral point rd one night, got stuck at the lights by Pizza Hut together, and when we went thru the lights by the mall were nose to nose at over 100 mph!!

    Rate The Cruise Night:
Accessibility (easy to get to): A
    Parking Location: A
    Entertainment: C
Food: I usually eat at home before I come
    Prizes: Havent won anything yet
Timing (day/hours): Good time of day to have a cruise in, and with the location somewhat close to my home I don’t have to rush to get there.
Variety of Cars (week-to-week): Pretty good so far, seen some old favorites and new hot rods!
Suggestions: Just keep it entertaining for everyone!

My personal highlight from last week was my formal, in person introduction with MMRJR! I seen the Martin’s walking around also, but didn’t get the chance to talk with them. If I see them this week, I’ll make it a point!!

The place I’m thinking of is on Cty TT, just west of the TT/N 4 way stop. I happened to be out that way this afternoon, but still didn’t get the name of the place.

I think there’s a guy out near where Cty N and I-94 interchange that may be close for you. I can’t remember the name of the place, but he’s got a car sign out front and he sits back off the road. You can see his buildings from the frontage road, and it’s North side of the interstate.

I buy mine at Moore’s on Mineral Point Rd also. DeForest may be the closest for you depending on your location.

    Specific Ratings (A-F):
Arrival/Departure (easy to find, easy to leave?) – A, easy to get to.
Parking Location – A, right near the plastic potties and the concessions both days.
Class Organization – Ha, you Martin’s are funny people!
Trophies & Prizes – A, the plaques are very nice this year
Food – A, just don’t eat the pizza
Entertainment – C, if you dig the pinsetters.
Judging – I agree with Rachael, a toothless lady in a golfcart picking a car because it is a pretty shade of blue isn’t right.
    Dash Plaque – A, nice.
Variety of Cars – A, lots I’ve never seen before
Bathrooms – A, well located throughtout the park
    Weather – sucked, again.
Trophy Presentation Timing – B, one time for once.
    Entry Fee – $15, that’s 7.50 for two days
    Overall Rating:A

This is one of my favorite shows all year. I did a burnout in front of my hotel this year and got away with it too, no cops and it was for a few little kids watching the cruisers

I went to that Tomah show a couple years ago, it is a good show if you can afford to drive up there.

I fueled up my truck today, 3/4 tank was $55.

At least I won’t have to buy any next week since I’ll drive the Camaro to the Dells.

Had the call been handled correctly, it still doesn’t mean a murder would have been prevented. However, it may have put authorities closer to catching the murderer. I saw on the news that the 911 center couldn’t pinpoint the address correctly between the two homes on the street.

The downtown area has really became a cesspool for crime.

I don’t think many businesses in this country believe in increasing the salaries of their employees. They must think people work for the love of it. I know that is what the company I work for must think.

As for the price of gas some moron said the price of a barrel should be $200 so that seems to be where it is headed.

The problem is all these “analysts” that predict prices. If they say $100 a barrell, there it goes. When they say $4 a gallon, there it goes.

A firing squad is in order for these a**holes.
