Yes, same thing happened in janesville WI, we cruised the circuit ( Down town)& they put the stop to that with all the tickets given out.when my son started driving they move it to milton ave by the mall & same thing.It is all abought the $.Would rather have them crusing and into cars than board and getting into real trouble, stealing, drugs,drinking, ECT.
